Captain Crêpes (the red food truck)
BACKGROUND:
Initially a lighting designer, I have been involved in this area for 10 years now. Meanwhile because I am French and really attracted to pastry, I made an apprenticeship for 2 years in a prestigious bakery in Paris. After deciding to come to Aotearoa/NZ 3 years ago with my childhood friends, we built Captain Crêpes and I have been managing it while doing my full-time job.
WHY did you join Grey Lynn & Around: I wish to help our community grow by hopefully suggesting and putting together innovative ideas.
WHERE do you live: Murdoch Road, Grey Lynn. Been settled in Grey Lynn since I step a foot on Aotearoa/NZ.
